Innovation Pulse Hackathon — Almaarefa University
Eligibility
Participation is open to students, graduates and innovators who meet the published target audience. All submitted data must be accurate, and duplicate registration with the same email will be rejected.
Individual and team participation
You may take part individually or in a team of 2 to 5 members. The team leader confirms that all members consent to sharing their data.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights for ideas and projects remain with their owners. The university may use the team name and idea description in media materials and hackathon reports.
Screening and evaluation
Submissions go through initial screening and then evaluation against published criteria (innovation, impact, feasibility, track fit, presentation quality). Judging committee decisions are final, and participants are notified by email.
Professional conduct
Participants must act professionally and ethically. Copying others’ work or submitting non-compliant content is prohibited, and the organising committee may exclude any non-compliant submission.
Schedule and changes
The schedule is published on the home page. The university may amend it or postpone the event, notifying participants through official channels.
