جامعة المعرفة — Deanship of Scientific Research and Post-Graduate Studies (Innovation Committee), responsible for collecting and processing your personal data on the Innovation Pulse Hackathon platform.
Purpose of processing
Data (name, mobile, email, organisation, team member details, idea description and attached file) is collected to manage hackathon registration, communicate about the request, screen and evaluate ideas, and produce statistical reports.
Legal basis
Data is processed based on your explicit consent given at registration, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Data sharing
Your data is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Access is limited to authorised Innovation Committee members and approved reviewers; contact details are masked for reviewers.
Retention
Data is retained for سنة واحدة بعد انتهاء الهاكاثون, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Security measures
Administrator passwords are hashed, raw IP addresses are never stored (only a salted hash), and uploaded files are kept in private storage accessible only through authorised links with download logging.
